Ratol paste, a rodenticide commonly used in domestic settings, poses a serious threat to human life when ingested, either accidentally or intentionally. Due to its high toxicity and delayed onset of symptoms, timely diagnosis and effective treatment play a crucial role in reducing morbidity and mortality. Conventional management is largelysupportive, as there is no specific antidote available for this form of poisoning.
