R. Jayanthi, born on 1 September 1982, holds M.Com., M.Phil., SET, and MBA qualifications and has 14 years and 11 months of teaching experience in the field of Commerce. She is presently serving as the Head of the Department of Commerce (Banking, Management & Professional Accounting) at Kongu College of Arts and Science, Karur – 6. With over a decade of experience in higher education, she has played a vital role in academic administration, curriculum development, and student mentoring. Her areas of expertise include Accounting, Finance, Banking, and Business Management.
