N. Pradeepa, born on 19 March 1989, holds an MBA qualification and has 4 years and 6 months of teaching experience in the field of Business Administration. She is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration at Kongu College of Arts and Science, Karur – 6. A passionate educator and committed professional, she strives to develop students’ managerial, analytical, and leadership skills through innovative teaching and practical exposure.
