M. Suganthi

M. Suganthi, born on 4 November 1978, holds MBM, M.Phil., and PGDCA qualifications and has 17 years and 5 months of teaching experience in the field of Business Administration. She is presently serving as the Head of the Department of Business Administration at Kongu College of Arts and Science, Karur – 6. She has extensive experience in academic administration, curriculum planning, and student mentoring at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Her academic interests include Management Studies, Organizational Behaviour, Business Strategy, and Computer Applications in Management. A dedicated academician and effective administrator, she is recognized for her systematic approach to teaching, leadership qualities, and commitment to quality higher education.
