Battery Cooling System Using Nanofluids – A Practical Approach

Description

The rapid global transition toward electric mobility and renewable energy has created an urgent demand for efficient, reliable, and compact thermal management systems. Batteries, the heart of electric vehicles (EVs) and energy storage systems, are highly sensitive to temperature fluctuations. Poor thermal regulation leads to performance degradation, reduced lifespan, and serious safety risks such as thermal runaway. Conventional cooling techniques, while effective to some extent, are increasingly inadequate in meeting the high heat fluxes and dynamic operating conditions of next-generation battery technologies.
